Mi Tierra Mexicana Restaurant.

In 2005, Jose M. Ruiz. Began working in the kitchen at a Mexican restaurant, and he was so inspired that he returned to Mexico in search of his grand parents' authentic recipes. His journey took him to the grand states of Michoacan, Jalisco and Oxaca.

Fast forward to the year 2015 Jose M. Ruiz met Dario Sibaja. In the restaurant industry and now works side by side with Jose M. Ruiz as his head chef.

On the day of September 16, 2020, already with 15 years of experience in the restaurant business. The dream to form Mi Tierra Mexicana Restaurant become a reality.

Here at Mi Tierra Mexicana, we celebrate every day with authentic Mexican cuisine and the best margaritas in town.
